    Pass Types, Validity, and Responsibilities

    Upon admission, passes will be issued, and their policies explained by the Admission department

    Patient’s Visitor Timings

    • General wards: 00 to 00 hours daily.
    • ICU Patients: 00 to 00 and 00 to 00 all days.
    • 10th Floor ICU: 00 to 00 & 00 to 00.

    General Guidelines for Patient Visitors

    • Visitors should be free from contagious diseases such as colds, diarrhea, etc.
    • Maintain a quiet environment and keep visits short.
    • Visitors may be asked to leave during tests, treatments, or consultations for confidentiality.
    • Visitation may be limited for patients in isolation.
    • Do not bring eatables, battery-operated toys, cameras, and children below 12 years of age.
    • Follow fire safety procedures.

    Denial or Termination of a Visit

    Visitation may be denied or terminated for the following reasons:

    • Visitors under the influence of alcohol or drugs, displaying disorderly behavior, or refusing to follow directives.
    • Insufficient identification or falsified information.
    • Attempting to bring narcotics, illegal drugs, alcohol, or weapons into the hospital.
    • Refusal to submit to search procedures.
    • All bags must be screened.
    • Children must not be left unattended in the lobby or parking lot.
    • Pet animals are not permitted.
    • Any disruptive behavior as determined by Security.
