Itinerary:
- 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Participants Gathering and Final Registration
– Venue: Airport Parking Lot
– Participants gather for final registration
– Distribution of rally kits containing goodies and 4 passes to post-event activities - 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Car Rally
– Flag-off ceremony promptly at 9:00 AM
– Lead car guides participants through the designated route
– Checkpoints for photo opportunities and awareness activities
– Radio communication for updates and coordination - 10:00 AM – 10:15 AM: Arrival at Ending Point and Closing Ceremony
– Participants gather at the endpoint for a brief closing ceremony
– Move towards post event venue guided by the volunteers
– Volunteers will be wearing Green High Vision Vests - 10:15 AM – 10:30 AM: Departure and Stamping for Re-entry
– Participants who wish to leave the event can get stamped for re-entry
– Stamped participants can return later for the post-event activities (Description in the note
at the end of the itinerary) - 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM: Post-Event Activities
– Cancer awareness workshop
– Engagement Activities with popular public figures such as, Saurabh Joyti, Priyanka Karki, Ayushman joshi, Sisan baniya, MAdan krishna shrestha, Dipesh tirupathi (The nepali comment), Sudip subedi (In Depth story) and more influential figures you can also talk with survivors
– Live music performance (Sabin Rai and the Pharaoh)
– Refreshments and snacks
Rules and Regulations:
Only those who come to the rally and register will be allowed to enter the post event activities.
● All participants must adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
● Follow the lead car and maintain a safe distance.
● No overtaking unless instructed by event organizers.
● Respect other participants and road users.
● Use seat belts at all times during the rally.
● Strictly adhere to the event schedule and timelines.
● In case of emergencies, contact the designated event hotline.
● Participants are responsible for their own meals during the lunch break.
● Carry necessary documents, including a valid driving license and vehicle registration.
Notes:
Only registered attendees can access post-event activities. If you can’t make it, your registration fees will contribute to a meaningful donation. We appreciate your understanding and support.
– Participants who wish to leave after completion of the car rally can get stamped between 10:15
AM and 10:30 AM. at the registration desk. We want you to stay and be a part of this day.
– Stamped participants can leave and return later for the post-event activities.
– No entry will be allowed after 10:30 AM without the event stamp.
– Ensure the stamp is visible for re-entry.
